Dates are released 4 weeks in advance.
Medical History and Consent Forms:
Medical history and consent forms must be completed prior to all treatments.
Age:
You must be 18+ to have any treatments with us. ID will be checked if practioner feels it's necessary.
Deposit:
A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total. You are able to reschedule your appointment via the booking system up to 7 days before the appointment (please note this is subject to availability), which will not affect your deposit, but after this time you will lose it.
Lateness:
10 minutes late = £10. Please note if you arrive 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Refunds:
All service sales are final, with no refunds.
Aesthetic treatments such as Anti- wrinkle injections, Dermal fillers, Microneedling and Vitamin B12 injections are non-refundable once the treatment is carried out.
Any adverse issues relating to facial aesthetics work completed at Fill Flawless will need to be highlighted and reviewed within a maximum of 4 months since having the work done.
Whilst we strive to provide exceptional service, factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment from an experienced practitioner. Each individual is different and we cannot offer refunds if results fail to meet your expectations. We are willing to aim to correct deficiencies and will be sympathetic to any issues raised.
